Met de komst van zero-emissiezones (ZE-zones) moeten ondernemers flink in de buidel tasten, terwijl de handhaving op buitenlandse voertuigen totzover nog achterblijft. Niet echt eerlijk, toch? In dit artikel geven we je een korte recap over ZE-zones en waarom deze regelgeving voor zoveel scheve gezichten zorgt.

Vanaf 2025 gaat de overheid voor het eerst bpm (Belasting van Personenauto’s en Motorrijwielen) heffen op elektrische auto’s. Maar geen stress! Een groeiend aantal automerken, waaronder Audi, Peugeot en Volvo, heeft besloten deze belasting zelf te betalen.

Stel je voor: terwijl je koffie drinkt bij een laadstation, is je long-range elektrische auto (EV) in 15 minuten van 0 tot 80% opgeladen. Wellicht is dit binnenkort mogelijk! Canadese onderzoekers hebben een nieuwe accutechnologie ontwikkeld waarmee je jouw EV in slechts 15 minuten vrijwel volledig kunt opladen, bij EV’s waar dit voorheen 45 tot 60 minuten in beslag nam. Perfect voor de drukke ondernemer!

Om de Nederlandse klimaatambities waar te maken, moeten we onze CO2-uitstoot fors verminderen. Dat doen we bijvoorbeeld door ons voortaan van A naar B te verplaatsen op een duurzamere manier. Maar welke maatregelen op het vlak van vervoer zijn nou het meest effectief? Twee veelbesproken alternatieven zijn het elektrificeren van het Nederlandse wagenpark en het goedkoper maken van het openbaar vervoer.
