What you will do:

You will start your day with a cup of coffee, walk over to your PC and start working with customers who have just taken out a lease contract to help them insure the car directly on the best terms. So you will only speak to existing customers!

Your goal is to help customers compare and pick the best car insurance so that the papers are on the dashboard as soon as the customer picks up their new car; nice!

The main tasks you will perform:

• Contacting new lease drivers to discuss car insurance options

• Executing marketing campaigns aimed at existing customers for car insurance

• Advising on insurance products and services

• Maintaining relationships with your customers, Dealers and our Partners

Who you are!

In order to perform this role well, it is important that you have good communication skills and are not afraid to follow up with customers if information is missing or it has not arrived on time. It is also important that you can work in a structured way and have strong administrative skills. As you have a lot to do with cars, affinity with this industry is not unimportant either.

 In addition, you have:

• Commercial experience or experience with customer contact

• Humour and persuasiveness

• The energy to want to score

• Possessing a WFT diploma (Pre)
