What you will do:

You will start your day with a cup of coffee, walk over to your PC and start working with already approved lease applications that are in your name. So hot leads!

Your goal is to help customers lease a new- or used car. You will search for a car for the customer, call dealers to coordinate and liaise with our Partners (banks and leasing companies) for the most competitive deal. HOPPA! The deal is done! The customer can pick up the new car thanks to you. You do your after-sales and thank the customer for their trust.

The main tasks you will perform:

• Assess customer requirements and research a suitable car.

• Request and check documents.

• Advise on the best possible deal for the customer.

• Maintain relationships with your clients, Dealers and our Partners.

Who you are!

In order to perform this role well, it is important that you have good communication skills and are not afraid to follow up with customers if information is missing or it has not arrived on time. It is also important that you can work in a structured way and have strong administrative skills. Because you have a lot to do with cars, affinity with this industry is not unimportant either.

In addition, you have:

• Mbo/Hbo working and thinking level

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Lease Advisor in the automotive industry

• Commercial experience or experience with customer contact

• Humour and persuasiveness

• The energy to want to score

• Possessing a WFT diploma (Pre)
