What you will do:

You will start your day with a cup of coffee, boot up your computer and start working on the new lease requests that have come in.

Your goal is to enthuse customers and help them lease a new or used car. You listen carefully to the customer's requirements and research the borrowing capacity by liaising with the Partners we work with. HOPPA! The application is approved and the customer is picked up by team underwriting to help the customer get the best deal.

The main tasks you will perform:

• Assess customer requirements.

• Enthusiasticise the customer.

• Request and check documents.

• Advising on the best possible deal for the customer.

Who you are!

In order to perform this role well, it is important that you have good communication skills and are not afraid to follow up with customers if information is missing or it has not arrived on time. It is also important that you can work in a structured way and have strong administrative skills. Because you have a lot to do with cars, affinity with this industry is not unimportant either.

In addition, you have:

• Mbo/HBO working and thinking level

• Commercial experience or experience with customer contact

• Humour and persuasiveness

• The energy to want to score
