What you'll do:

You'll start your day somewhere between 8 and 9am with a tea or cup of coffee, walk over to your PC and get to work on a finance application for an Audi Q5. The lead has just come in via one of our affiliated Car Dealers. A hot lead in other words!

Your goal is to advise this customer, check their income and make sure they can quickly get into their new- or used-car. You interact with the customer, call the dealer and negotiate with the bank for the most competitive deal. HOPPA! The deal is done! The customer can pick up the new car thanks to you. You do your after-sales and thank the customer for their trust.

The main tasks you will perform:

• Investigate customer requirements and research a suitable credit solution.

• Request and check documents.

• Advise on the best possible deal for the customer.

• Maintain relationships with customers, Dealers and our Partners.

Who you are!

In order to perform this role well, it is important that you have good communication skills and are not afraid to call the customers if information is missing or it has not arrived on time. It is also important that you can work in a structured way and have strong administrative skills. Because you have a lot to do with cars, affinity with this industry is not unimportant, but not obligatory of course!

In addition, you have:

• MBO / HBO working and thinking level

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Consumer Credit acceptor

• Commercial experience or experience with customer contact

• Humour and persuasiveness

• The energy to follow up every customer with a smile

• In possession of a WFT diploma (Pre)
