You are a ZZP'er and would like a lease car, but is it possible?
Leasing for ZZP'er knows two lease forms, Operational and Financial Lease.
The most commonly chosen lease form by ZZP'er is Operational Lease because it offers the advantage of an All-in price for a new car. There are no surprises with extra costs such as a bill from the garage or, if you are unlucky, having to arrange for replacement transport yourself. With operational leasing, all these costs are included in the price, as are your insurance and road tax. All you have to think about is filling up! Disadvantage of Operational Lease, you do not become the owner of the car, legally speaking the lease company remains the owner of the car. However, it is possible to take over the car at the end of the contract for the value what the car is still worth. This is calculated for you at the end of the contract.
If you would like to become the owner of the car, there is the other form of lease, Financial Lease. With this you own your car, new or second-hand. You pay x amount per month as a kind of repayment of the car. The disadvantage of this type of lease is that, unlike Operational Lease, you still have to take care of your insurance, maintenance costs, road tax, etc., yourself.
